Lupon Media (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides technology and services that enable website owners (“Publishers”) to monetise their content through digital advertising.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through:

  • our websites (e.g.,luponmedia.com,adxpremium.services)
  • our advertising technology and analytics services made available to Publishers (“Lupon Media Services”)

Our goal is to provide simple and transparent information about our data practices.

We may collect the following types of information when you visit a Publisher website using Lupon Media Services, or when you interact with our own websites:

1.1 Technical Identifiers

  • Cookie identifiers
  • IP address (used only for coarse location such as country/city)

  • Ad request data (e.g., ad unit, bid request info)

1.2 Advertising Identifiers

  • Mobile advertising IDs (IDFA/AdID)

1.3 Publisher Information

If you are a Publisher using Lupon Media Services, we may collect:

  • contact information (name, email, phone)
  • account login details
  • payment information (managed by a third-party payment provider)

1.4 Information You Provide to Us

When you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, or request support, we collect the information you choose to provide (e.g., name, email, message content).

Important Note

We do not collect information that directly identifies Readers, such as names, emails, phone numbers or addresses, unless voluntarily submitted on our own websites.

  • analysing service performance and reliability

  • complying with regulatory requirements

4. How We Share Information

We may share pseudonymous information with:

4.1 Publishers

To enable measurement, reporting, and fraud prevention.

4.2 Advertising Partners

Including demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, and analytics vendors that participate in the digital advertising supply chain.

4.3 Service Providers

Such as data centres, analytics services, payment processors, customer support platforms.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights of Lupon Media, Publishers, or third parties.

We do NOT share or sell personal information that directly identifies individuals (such as names, emails, phone numbers, or physical addresses).

9. Data Retention

  • Advertising identifiers: typicallyup to 18 months
  • Publisher account data: retained for duration of contract + legal retention periods
  • Support / contact data: as required to fulfil the request and for compliance
  • Non-personal and aggregated data may be retained longer

10. Children’s Privacy

Lupon Media Services arenot directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information processed through our systems.

12. EU Representative

Pursuant to Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Lupon Media has appointed an EU Representative for data protection matters within the European Union.
